Business Description

Our business activities include research, development, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance using deliverables produced based on our research. In addition to computer accessories, software, and systems, we also cover a wide range of technological areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), data analysis, cloud computing, and information security technologies.
We mainly work in the following four main areas. Please feel free to contact us for more information on the thchnology fields that we may not be able to provide services in.

1. Research succession

We welcome to take over researches that you are having trouble by deciding discontinued due to your organization. We first meet with the researcher to understand the interrupted research itself, and then confirm the feasibility, practicality, and business potential of the research. After that, we arrange the intellectual rights relationship with the organization that made the decision to discontinue the research, and conclude a contract with them to allow them to use the rights. The contract can be in the licensing, or we can take over the rights themselves, including research results and patents. Either way is acceptable. For example, when a company determines the commercial potential of the results of its research, it may not have enough market potential to support the scale of its business, but it may be able to solve existing social issues which is mor valuable than commercialized profit by our analysis, so we always consider how we can respond to such requests based on how much it can contribute the society. We will check the feasibility, practicality, and business potential of the technology, but there is no need to hesitate if your own considerartion may come to the same conclusion as the organization that made the decision to discontinue the project. We will listen to you with our own guidelines aimed at social implementation of your research.

2. Research outsourcing

We welcome to help you continue your research by temporarily outsourcing your research to us, for example, “We don’t have enough money, time, or manpower, but it would be a waste to interrupt the research”. We can also respond to requests such as, “The technology is ready, but we don’t have the space and time to conduct an empirical research, so we would like to outsource the empirical research to you”. We are able to cooperate with looking for the exact and suitable place and partners for demonstration study onsite. Of course, if the client decides not to continue the research on their own after accepting the outsourcing, we can take over the research as is. However, due to the nature of research, we will not accept requests that fall outside of our guidelines, such as requests with extremely low feasibility, requests with extremely short time frames to output research results, and requests with extremely dangerous locations for conducting onsite research. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Joint research

We welcome to support organizations that are trying to implement the results of their research into society. Research organizations verify the feasibility of their research results, and to market the technology as a result of their research however, we understand that many organizations have uncertain thinking about how to proceed to confirm the practicality and business feasibility of the technology. Therefore, we will conclude a joint research agreement when the feasibility of the technology becomes clear, and we will respond to your request for a smooth market launch based on the information disclosed in the agreement. For example, research within an organization is now in its final stages, and we can consider founding an intra-organizational venture or the like, but first we would like to examine the practicality and business feasibility before doing so. We can respond to such requests.

4. Consulting and Training

We walcome to support organizations that wish to take on the challenge of research and development. We want to commercialize the technology we have researched! or to search for new research themes for a new business! or to search for a new research theme for a new business. or if you would like to organize your research themes and incorporate them into a specific development project!
We understand that there are many organizations that have such wishes. On the other hand, there are many issues related to technological feasibility and practicality that cannot be understood without actual research experiences like a history of Ph.D. candidate in the university or researcher in laboratories. and also there are issues related to business feasibility that can be understood by those who only have experiences in the sales and product development departments. To solve these issues, our staff with a wide range of experience from research to sales will answer your questions. Of course, in addition to consulting on individual research, we can also provide originaly developed training cource for your organization that takes advantage of our unique experience.

We provide other services to solve problems not mentioned above that researchers may have, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

A request for your understanding in advance regarding your inquiry:
We support researchers and research organizations with research themes that are likely to be interrupted or discontinued due to time, cost, or business feasibility issues. For this reason, we regret that we are unable to provide support for research that is not likely to be interrupted by the current research organization, or for research that is not premised on commercialization (e.g., discussion of research methods, survey of papers, data collection, storage, and analysis, annotation work, writing and submission of papers, etc.).We regret to inform you that we may decline to respond to requests that appear to involve the dispatch of researchers or research outsourcing services. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
